Lacking data protection / data privacy legislation of their own, most African countries have decided to adopt and already implement GDPR – or to do so in the near future.

Outside Kenya, across all of our areas of operation, Infinite Insight has opted for full compliance with GDPR, if no country-specific regulations have come into effect:
All respondents will be asked to sign Informed Consent Forms, which allow for the contact details of their outlets to be entered into a data base to facilitate future marketing activities.Should data be made available to Third Parties (i.e. Parties other than the main commissioning client), a second consent form will be obtained.
