Getting Consumer Insights from Kenyans

This month, we completed a fascinating qualitative research project for a well known global manufacturer that has a stellar reputation for quality. What they wanted from us was to gain consumer insights and suggestions from Kenyans regarding features and design for a new line of electronics hardware they were about to release in Africa.

We feel that one of the most important aspects of a successful focus group discussion (FGD) is the actual selection of respondents who can deliver valuable insights throughout the discussion.

In order to acquire the answers and insights that our client required, our Research Executive, Judith Musyoka, was tasked with moderating the discussion groups.
