Today’s mainstream media landscape is very competitive. You have major global brands from the Western world including a wide array of competitive alternatives that originate in Africa.
Recently, we completed a project for a major global media brand who wanted to introduce a new TV show that that was produced by Youths. This TV show would target Africa’s growing Youth demographics.
Before the TV show was launched on the airwaves and on social media, our client wanted to get consumer feedback from a diverse group of youth respondents involving girls and boys in their early and late teens.
While conducting said focus groups, our client observed the live discussions via a live Zoom broadcast. This allowed them to quickly post questions for our Moderators to ask the respondents in order to get accurate production information before the official product launch.
