Across our core markets (East, West, and Southern Africa), we maintain field forces of experienced interviewers, team leaders and supervisors.
In other markets, we enlist the services of field suppliers, all of whom we have worked with on many occasions over the years.
We currently use CAPI, CATI and CAWI data collection methods in our research projects. Platforms we use include Dooblo, RCS, Kobo and Nebu.
